Avec d\u00e9j\u00e0 une belle carri\u00e8re derri\u00e8re lui, il est pass\u00e9 par des \u00e9tablissements de renom et s&rsquo;est form\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s des plus grands. On trouve notamment dans son parcours le Ch\u00e2teau de Courcelles ou l\u2019H\u00f4tel Les trois Vall\u00e9es de Courchevel<em>. <\/em>Ouvert au monde, il voyage gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la p\u00e2tisserie et la chocolaterie ; Londres, Saint Barth\u00e9lemy, le Japon&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De retour en Bretagne en 2009, il r\u00e9alise son r\u00eave en ouvrant sa premi\u00e8re boutique \u2018<a href=\"https:\/\/aupetitprince.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Au Petit Prince<\/a>\u2019. (&lsquo;<em>Ma\u00eblig<\/em>&lsquo; en breton.) D\u00e8s lors, le succ\u00e8s est au rendez-vous. Il est distingu\u00e9 et r\u00e9compens\u00e9 pour sa cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et fait son entr\u00e9e au tr\u00e8s prestigieux Relais Desserts International \u00e0 seulement 29 ans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2018 et 2019, il fait plusieurs apparitions remarqu\u00e9es \u00e0 la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision. Il participe \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9mission \u2018Le Meilleur P\u00e2tissier\u2019 sur M6 en tant que jury aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de Cyril Lignac. Il sera particuli\u00e8rement m\u00e9diatis\u00e9 lorsque lui et sa brigade remportent la version \u2018professionnelle\u2019 de l\u2019\u00e9mission en 2019. Le chef est alors jug\u00e9 et compliment\u00e9, entre autres, par Pierre Herm\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rigoureux, travailleur, M\u00e4elig se distingue par sa cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et sa jovialit\u00e9.
